Sub-processors

To run our products we rely on a small number of third-party service providers ("sub-processors"). Where we process personal data on behalf of a business customer, these providers may process that data too, strictly to deliver the service to us.
We keep this list short on purpose, and we review each provider before we add it.

Where data is stored
Our application data and files are hosted in India, in Google Cloud's Mumbai region (asia-south1). Some providers above process limited data outside India in order to deliver their service. Where that happens, we share only what is necessary for that purpose.
What we require of them
- A written contract limiting them to processing data on our instructions
- Security measures appropriate to the data they handle
- Confidentiality obligations on their personnel
- An obligation to notify us of a personal data breach without undue delay
We remain responsible to our customers for the performance of every sub-processor on this list.
Changes to this list
We will update this page before a new sub-processor begins processing customer data, and we will notify affected business customers of material changes. If you would like to be told directly when this list changes, email hello@kayalog.co.in and we will add you to the notification list.
